Shilpa holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration with a Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Symbiosis, Pune. She has over 21 years of work experience across the corporate and development sectors.
Shilpa started her career with eServe International (Citigroup/Citibank) in a banking operations and service role. With a keen interest in people practices, she equipped herself with an academic qualification in HR, alongside her day job. Post eServe, she moved to CoCoon Consulting, a niche firm that designs and delivers strategic talent-related solutions. She worked across sectors such as IT,ITES, FMCG, and Banking, in Talent and Leadership Development, and Design and Facilitation of leadership programs, talent assessment, and management solutions and frameworks. She has worked extensively with individual leaders at middle and senior levels to map their strengths and development, and support them in their leadership journeys in India, and the South and South East Asian region.
Having spent over 19 years on the corporate side, Shilpa shifted to concentrate on capacity building of key change agents in the social sector ecosystem. In her current role at Phicus, Shilpa works with organizations and leaders in the development sector to enable their growth and scale. Her emphasis is on creating Leadership and Capacity Building products and solutions that address talent challenges at scale for the sector.
Shilpa’s vast experience across the corporate and social sectors will be immensely valuable in her role as a Sahayogi to provide them with relevant insights.
