The Aritra journey promises to be an exciting, eventful and activity-packed one!
As the participant traverses this journey, he/she is exposed to multiple people, learnings, application requirements, tasks, all of which the participant needs to assimilate, process and then create meaning for oneself which will enable him/her to apply these back in his/her work setting.
This program is simultaneously about a peer learning experience and about one’s own personal development path.
Aritra Sahayog has been designed as a ‘Learning and Journey Anchorship’ process and role to help participants balance the various aspects of the Program and its tasks.
Your ‘Sahayogi’ is a skilled and experienced coach who has significant years of experience across various domains and sectors.
Her role is to be your anchor through the journey. Your discussions with your ‘Sahayogi’ will help you reflect on your learnings, track your progress towards your own development goals, troubleshoot, raise questions and ensure that you are leveraging the Program maximally. Your ‘Sahayogi’ will also challenge your thinking, encourage you to push your boundaries and serve as your SPOC (Single Point of Contact) during and after the Program.
