Anita completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from St. Josephs College of Business Administration in Bangalore. She has over 25 years of work experience across the corporate and social sectors.
Anita started her career in a senior secretarial role in Brooke Bond India Limited and worked with Directors across various business verticals through the company’s transition to Hindustan Unilever Limited. In 2001, she took on an HR role to anchor HUL’s Business Leadership Programme – a 12 to 18-month training period for the newly recruited candidates.
Anita moved on to Unilever India Shared Services Ltd. (Indigo) in a core HR business partner role and facilitated the HR transition process when Capgemini Business Services India Limited acquired Indigo in 2007. She then moved to a Business Support role a combination of an HR and project management role. The latter involved supporting and coaching a large team.
In 2013, Anita crossed over to the social sector and started volunteering with the Association of People with Disability (APD). She revamped the Performance Management system and pioneered a coaching and mentoring initiative there. In 2014, she moved to APD’s Senior Management Team as a volunteer and is currently on the Board of APD.
At Phicus, Anita anchors the Aritra program and oversees the PMO and Program journey.
She has gained diverse experience across the corporate and social sectors. This, combined with her background in Psychology, will facilitate her understanding of various perspectives and add value to each of the coachees she works with.
