Aritra Leadership Accelerator Program focuses on deepening knowledge and skills in key areas required for organization building such as design thinking, people management, systems thinking, financial management, scale models and approaches, networking, governance and developing a second line of leaders. The goal of this accelerator program is to accelerate the progress of the Aritra Fellows into senior leadership roles.
Aritra Leadership Framework
We did extensive secondary and primary research, leveraging principles of human centered design thinking in order to understand key success factors, underlying skills, critical leadership experiences and enablers / deterrents in the path to becoming a senior leader. Based on this, we have evolved the three pronged leadership framework.
The Aritra Program is a 12-month intensive, fast-track leadership learning journey that participants traverse while they continue to work in full-time jobs. Our goal is to accelerate their movement into senior leadership roles. Aritra equips its Fellows with key organization building skills that will help them drive policies that have impact, build strong organizations and create a strong collaborative network of influence.
Aritra Fellows will experience a power-packed melange of residential modules at IIMB co-anchored by academicians and practitioners, one-on-one coaching, mentoring by social sector leaders, e-learning supplements, peer sessions and real-time problem solving exercises.
Aritra Program Enablers
Senior Leaders and experts across multiple domains and expertise areas have expressed their interest and willingness to contribute to this leadership program and make Aritra fulfilling and value adding for the participants. They will contribute to the program in multiple ways – as mentors, experts, panelists, guest speakers etc. Watch this space as we bring on board many more!
